PICK UP:
1881 Scanlan St. London, ON - (1 Day Only) - Friday May 26th (10 am - 5 pm) If you have a paid receipt, go to the side of the building for curbside pickup. Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. We will hold items for a maximum of 1 week from the date of the auction (items are NOT available after this time).
Inspect all items prior to leaving the premise. Make sure you have ALL items.
SHIPPING:
If you would like your items shipped, please put "shipping required" in the "notes to auctioneer" upon registration for each auction. We are not able to give shipping quotes ahead of time as it is based on the location / size / weight of the item(s) once they are processed for shipping. Our MINIMUM shipping charge is $22.60 and it goes up from there. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel shipping AFTER it has already been processed there will be an admin fee of $16.95 charged for the work required to process the shipment. Unless told otherwise in writing, all shipments will be sent to the address you have on file. You are responsible to keep this up to date. We do not ship to US bidders.

You have one week from the date of the sale to email, get approval, and return the item. Please review items as soon as possible. If you are bringing back an item more then one week from the sale date (maximum of 30 days), you will be charged a 30% admin fee on the return.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE SALE.
Please note, if a return is denied you will have 2 weeks from when you receive notification to pick the item back up. If the item is not picked up within that time frame the item will be resold for storage fees.

This is an Online Auction Only.. A $300 deposit is required for vehicles sold under $3000 and a $500 deposit is required for vehicles sold over $3000. This deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit will be applied to the credit card supplied in your account.

There is a buyers premium on each vehicle, the buyers premium is listed in the details of each vehicle, either 10% Buyers Fee (min $125) or Regular Buyers Fee as follows:
$1.00 - $399.99 = $175
$400 - $999.99 = $200
$1000 - $1999.99 = $250
$2000 - $2999.99 = $300
$3000 - $3999.99 = $325
$4000 - $4999.99 = $350
$5000 - $5999.99 = $375
$6000 - $7999.99 = $425
$8000 - $9999.99 = $450
$10000 - And up = $475
The Balance is due Thursday (the day after the sale) before 4 pm. Balance must be paid by Cash, Debit, E-transfer, or Certified Cheque. We do not accept credit cards as full payment for vehicles. A $25 LATE FEE PER DAY will apply if not paid the next day by 4pm.
HST will be added to the Purchase Price and Buyers Fee of each vehicle. Once paid in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).

There is a buyers premium on each vehicle, the buyers premium is listed in the details of each vehicle, either 10% Buyers Fee (min $125) or Regular Buyers Fee as follows:
$1.00 - $399.99 = $175
$400 - $999.99 = $200
$1000 - $1999.99 = $250
$2000 - $2999.99 = $300
$3000 - $3999.99 = $325
$4000 - $4999.99 = $350
$5000 - $5999.99 = $375
$6000 - $7999.99 = $425

The Balance is due Thursday (the day after the sale) before 4 pm. Balance must be paid by Cash, Debit, E-transfer, or Certified Cheque. We do not accept credit cards as full payment for vehicles. A $25 LATE FEE PER DAY will apply if not paid the next day by 4pm.

This is an Online Auction Only.. A $300 deposit is required for vehicles sold under $3000 and a $500 deposit is required for vehicles sold over $3000. This deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit will be applied to the credit card supplied in your account.

There is a buyers premium on each vehicle, the buyers premium is listed in the details of each vehicle, either 10% Buyers Fee (min $125) or Regular Buyers Fee as follows:
$1.00 - $399.99 = $175
$400 - $999.99 = $200
$1000 - $1999.99 = $250
$2000 - $2999.99 = $300
$3000 - $3999.99 = $325
$4000 - $4999.99 = $350
$5000 - $5999.99 = $375
$6000 - $7999.99 = $425
$8000 - $9999.99 = $450
$10000 - And up = $475
The Balance is due Thursday (the day after the sale) before 4 pm. Balance must be paid by Cash, Debit, E-transfer, or Certified Cheque. We do not accept credit cards as full payment for vehicles. A $25 LATE FEE PER DAY will apply if not paid the next day by 4pm.
HST will be added to the Purchase Price and Buyers Fee of each vehicle. Once paid in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready).
Auction bidding opens for Pre-bidding on the Wednesday before the sale at 12:00 p.m.

All items must be paid for by 4 pm the day following the auction. Preferred payment is by etransfer to darren@mckenzieauction.com. If you want to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, etc. you MUST write this in the "notes to auctioneer" prior to registering for the auction. We will email a copy of your invoice before 10 am the day after the auction. Please send your etransfer once you receive your invoice or pay cash or debit when you arrive in the front office. If we have not received the alternate form of payment before 4 pm the day following the auction, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the total invoice and the 2.4% surcharge applies for this auction.
E-transfers are to be sent to darren@mckenzieauction.com. We have auto deposit. Once the e-transfer is received we will send you a paid receipt.
BIDDERS ARE REPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEIR PURCHASES AND MAKING PAYMENT THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION. IF A BIDDER DOES NOT PAY FOR THEIR ITEMS THEY BID ON, THE BIDDER WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING IN THE FUTURE. PICK UP:
1881 Scanlan St. London, ON - (1 Day Only) - Tuesday April 18th (10 am - 5 pm) If you have a paid receipt, go to the side of the building for curbside pickup. Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. We will hold items for a maximum of 1 week from the date of the auction (items are NOT available after this time).
