Bidding Notice: Auction Terms & Conditions Online Only Auction - Bidding will start to close Sunday April 23rd at 6:00 p.m. (soft close in effect) FEES: 17% Buyers Premium plus HST, plus $0.45 handling fee is applied for each item. PAYMENT: All items must be paid for by 12 pm the day following the auction. If you are the successful bidder we will assume you are paying by credit card and we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the total invoice. We run credit cards the morning after each auction and you will be emailed a copy of your receipt by 10 am that day. If you want to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, etc. you MUST write this in the "notes to auctioneer" prior to registering for each auction. If we have not received the alternate form of payment by 12 pm the day following the auction we will charge the credit card on file. E-transfers are to be sent to darren@mckenzieauction.com. We have auto deposit. Once the e-transfer is received we will send you a paid receipt. BIDDERS ARE REPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEIR PURCHASES AND MAKING PAYMENT THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION. IF A BIDDER DOES NOT PAY FOR THEIR ITEMS THEY BID ON, THE BIDDER WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING IN THE FUTURE. THE OUTSTANDING INVOICE WILL ALSO BE SENT TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY FOR THE LOSS OF COMMISSION AND LOSS OF BUYERS FEE OF THE ITEMS. SHIPPING: If you would like your items shipped, please put "shipping required" in the "notes to auctioneer" upon registration for each auction. We are not able to give shipping quotes ahead of time as it is based on the location / size / weight of the item(s) once they are processed for shipping. Our MINIMUM shipping charge is $22.60 and it goes up from there. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel shipping AFTER it has already been processed there will be an admin fee of $16.95 charged for the work required to process the shipment. Unless told otherwise in writing, all shipments will be sent to the address you have on file. You are responsible to keep this up to date. We do not ship to US bidders. RETURNS: If you have an issue with a purchased item, you must email aa@mckenzieauction.com for approval to bring the item back. All returns are subject for REVIEW before a refund is agreed to. You have one week from the date of the sale to email, get approval, and return the item. Please review items as soon as possible. If you are bringing back an item more then one week from the sale date (maximum of 30 days), you will be charged a 30% admin fee on the return. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE SALE. Please note, if a return is denied you will have 2 weeks from when you receive notification to pick the item back up.
