We will email a copy of your invoice before 10 am the day after the auction. Please send your etransfer once you receive your invoice or pay cash or debit when you arrive in the front office. If we have not received the alternate form of payment before 4 pm the day following the auction, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the total invoice and the 2.4% surcharge applies for this auction. Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. We will hold items for a maximum of 1 week from the date of the auction (items are NOT available after this time). Inspect all items prior to leaving the premise. Make sure you have ALL items. SHIPPING: If you would like your items shipped, please put "shipping required" in the "notes to auctioneer" upon registration for each auction. We are not able to give shipping quotes ahead of time as it is based on the location / size / weight of the item(s) once they are processed for shipping. Our MINIMUM shipping charge is $22.60 and it goes up from there. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel shipping AFTER it has already been processed there will be an admin fee of $16.95 charged for the work required to process the shipment. Unless told otherwise in writing, all shipments will be sent to the address you have on file. You are responsible to keep this up to date.
